In 2017, Creative Directions partnered with two trusts, Phakamani Foundation Trust and Support Teaching Empowerment Trust, to form a 51% Black Owned, 51% Black Woman Owned, Level 2 Exempted Micro Enterprise called EHP Capital (Pty) Ltd.

"As a 100% female-owned company, Creative Directions is committed to the empowerment of women working tirelessly in disadvantaged communities," says Claudia Eicker-Harris, Director. "We look forward to driving change towards a more socially equitable industry through the work that we undertake by providing opportunities through transformation goals and mentorships".

"Through our Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment initiatives, we support projects run by women in rural areas - specifically upliftment programmes to offer support for the creation of stable and sustainable micro-enterprises; and to provide teacher training, skills development and enterprise development programmes to teachers working in disadvantaged communities."

Through this partnership, Creative Directions’ clients will now have the opportunity to earn significantly higher Preferential Procurement points under the Revised BEE Codes that came into effect on 1 May 2015.
